Thomas Yost Obituary
Thomas L. Yost, age 56, of Marshfield passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at Ministry St. Josephs Hospital in Marshfield, with his family by his side. A memorial service will be held 6:00PM, Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at Hansen-Schilling Funeral Home in Marshfield (Located at 1010 E. Veterans Parkway). Father Samuel Martin will officiate. A time of visitation will be held from 5:00PM until 6:00 PM at the Funeral Home on Tuesday.
Thomas was born May 11, 1956 in Wood County, the son of Harold and Marjorie (Gries) Yost. He graduated from Spencer High School.
Tom was an avid Packer and Brewer fan that knew all the players and stats. He enjoyed watching Nascar, reading the USA Today Newspaper, and walking to his favorite stops around town to watch the games. He cherished time spent with his family, especially his great nieces and his great nephews. Those that knew him best will miss his warm spirit and his big heart.
Mr. Yost is lovingly survived by his siblings, Richard (Helen) Yost of Carthage, NC, Shirley Wachholz of Marshfield, Nancy (Joseph) Hildebrandt of Chili, Mary (Bill) Hebert of Marshfield, and Barry (Sharon) Yost of Marshfield; as well as, many other family and friends. He will truly be missed!
His parents, Harold and Marjorie, as well as, his brother-in-law, Bob Wachholz, preceded Thomas in death.
