Brenda Shelton-Law Obituary
Born on March 20, 1957, Darlene was a high school graduate who cherished her role as a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her life was deeply rooted in family, and she found immense joy in the generations that followed her.
She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Tonya Colvin; sons Robert Oakley (Donna) and JD Hall (Renee); and bonus children Joey Shelton (Meritt), Wayne Shelton (Natalie), and Diana Johnson. Brenda's legacy continues through her grandchildren: Lexi, Cheyenne, Kameron, Kennedy, Joey, Megan, Kirsten, Josh, and LeeAnna; as well as her bonus grandchildren Jacob, Emma Kate, Caroline, Alison, Adam, Chuck, Jeffrey, Hanna, Woody, and Cheyenne. She was also blessed with 17 great-grandchildren who brought light to her later years.
Darlene was preceded in death by her father Irvin Odelis Hylton; mother Minnie Alice Turner-Hylton; and husband Elmer Rufus Shelton.
Her warmth and love will be remembered by all who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to those she held dear.
