C. Keith Burns Sr.

C. Keith Burns Sr., 62, of Hobe Sound, Fla., formerly of Quakertown and New Bethlehem, Clarion County, died July 1 in the Hospice of Martin and St. Lucie, Stuart, Fla. He was married to Judith (Wenzel) Burns for 13 years. He owned and operated Burns and Burns, Florida Insurance Agency of Hobe Sound. Previously, he owned and operated C. Keith Burns Associates, Insurance, and AMB Leasing Co., Quakertown. Born in Monroe Township, Clarion County, he was a son of Mary Alice Burns of New Bethlehem and Henry Burns, who died in 1996. He was Past Master of Quakertown Masonic Lodge 512, a member of Rajah Shrine, Reading, past president of the Quakertown Rotary Club and a member of Quakertown Moose Lodge 1622. Survivors: Wife; mother; sons, C. Keith Jr. of Bath, David E. of Bangor; stepdaughters, Yvonne Boggs of Stuart, Tammy Gasparini of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; brother, H. Eugene of Clarion, Allegheny County; sisters, Kathy Confer of Apollo, Armstrong County, Pam Grisnick of Grove City, Mercer County; three grandchildren, a stepgrandchild. Services: memorial, were held in the chapel of Young & Prill Funeral Home, Stuart. Contributions: Jupiter (Fla.) Medical Center and/or Hospice of Martin and St. Lucie.
