Carl was a great guy who's love of history and love of community combined to create something special for the people of New Tripoli, Lynn Township and Lehigh County. He graciously shared that love of history with me on many occasions, and for that I will remain ever fortunate. Rest in Peace Carl. You will be missed.

The Greatest Generation
When Tom Brokow penned the book, it was people exactly like Carl Snyder that he had in mind. Men and women who left the farms and families to fight for the freedom's they believed in. Returning to this land and making it the greatest nation on this Earth.
Carl made this region a better place and he made Weisenberg, Lowhill, Heidelberg and Lynn Township's a great place.
We appreciate all the organizations he was affiliated with. Carl had a way of making the people of those organizations better through his passion and hard work ethic maybe even a sense of persuasiveness.
We have lost a true American Hero that lived his American Dream to the fullest.
