Ellen Uherchik Obituary
Ellen graduated from Northampton High School and started to work for Cement National Bank and retired from PNC Bank, Northampton after many years of service. Ellen was a life long member and dedicated organist for many years at Holy Trinity Slovak Lutheran Church, Northampton. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family.
Ellen is survived by brothers, Edward Uherchik of Allentown, PA and Roger Uherchik and wife Karen of Goodyear, AZ. Nieces; Jane Ringer of Northampton, PA, and LuAnn wife of Richard Silberg and son Jordan of Fogelsville, PA. Nephew; David Uherchik of Houston, TX, and sister-in-law, Shirley Uherchik of Bethlehem, PA. She was predeceased by sister, Ethel Ringer, brothers, Paul, Jr., Lewis, and Albert Uherchik
A Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday April 25, 2023 at Holy Trinity Slovak Lutheran Church, 1370 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA 18067 with the Rev. Dianne Kareha officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until time of service in church. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Northampton, PA. Arrangements are under the care of Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Ave., Northampton, PA 18067.
Contributions: May be made in Ellen's memory to Holy Trinity Slovak Lutheran Church c/o the funeral home. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.schislerfuneralhomes.com
