Dear Dana
May all your memories help you through this difficult time. Jim and I go back many years... at least 25... he was a faithful client but we became friends very quickly. I will miss his smile, jokes and great conversations. He was one of a kind and I´m so very glad he was in my realm of friends. I´ll truly miss him. If you ever need me you have my number and I would be honored to become your friend too. Prayers and hugs to you now and forever. Sherry ( friend and stylist)

I met Sharkey at auctions also. We at first started as rivals for the same items. It turned out Jim had more money and in many instances more knowledge than I. Eventually we started talking and became great friend and plotted against other auction attendees. He was very funny and an all around great guy. He will be very missed, but I know he is without pain or any other medial issues any more. Rest In peace my great friend!!

I had the privilege of meeting Jim at several auctions the past few years. Being Vietnam veterans brothers we quickly bonded and exchanged many stories which others would not understand. Jim was a caring, compassionate person who put the needs of other before his own. I cherish the many days I spent with Jim. He always had a new joke when we got together. Jim is now at peace and in the arms of our savior. It has been a real pleasure to have known him. He will not be forgotten by many people.

Dana,
I got to know Jim through local auctions. From the first time I saw him, I knew I had to get to know this man because of his wealth of knowledge about antiques and his friendly demeanor. He welcomed me and soon we would share jokes, snacks and stories of our families. He spoke often of you, the dog and his family. I am so happy that I had the chance to visit with him recently and I truly enjoyed the conversation we had. I miss his companionship and I am blessed that our paths have crossed. May you find comfort in this time of sorrow.
