Susie and family: My sister (still in Bethlehem) told me about the loss of Jay. Thoughts of sympathy and prayers during your hour of sorrow. I am forever thankful to have worked at Barkey's during the 60's and met you and Jay. Did you know that Floss Hannon was my Mom's (Helen) dearest friend for years. Sandi (Cressman) & Vic Smith (N.Y.).

Susan and the family of Jay Scholl. I was most saddened to learn of the death of Jay. As their financial adviser to Scholl Lumber I got to know Jay and Robert of blessed memory in ways that few people ever get to know another person. In an intense albeit short period of time I got to know Jay I immediately saw what a truly wonderful and compassionate person he was. Friendship is not measured by the time you know the person but my the circumstances surrounding the relationship. I will always value the friendship, relationship and integrity that I had with Jay and Robert of blessed memory. I will also find a smile on my face in the way Jay looked at his life and how he resolved every issue. Simply put, Jay was a great person and I will miss him.

Dear Susie,
My mom called to tell me that Jay had passed away so here I am at his Guest Book site. I think the last time I saw you and Jay was at our 25th wedding anniversary back in Bethlehem. Nearly six years ago and how times have changed! I don't know much about Jay's health struggles, but I pray that he is at peace and rest with our Lord in heaven. May God bless you and comfort you as you get through this time.
