I am sorry to hear of Jean's passing. I had moved out of the area and just now learned of it. I knew Jean from Western Electric days. She was a fun person and always upbeat. I am sure many people who knew her will miss her. My late condolences to her family.

My deepest condolences to Jean's family and friends. I'm so sorry for your loss. I apologize for not responding sooner, but I just found out today that she had passed. Jean was one of our most treasured volunteers at Miller- Keystone Blood Center and will be remembered fondly by all her
Friday morning donors at the Center and at her regular mobile drives. In fact, it was one of her Friday donors that told me today of her passing. Rest in peace my dear Jean. I'll always remember the laughs we shared on our "road trips". - John Williams

To The Family of Jean,
I worked with Jean for many years at Western Electric and after retiring would run into her while she volunteered in the community. She was a really nice person.
RIP Jean.

Jean was a good friend. I will never forget our trips to New York and her phone calls. She was a very special lady. She always had a contagious smile and turned my sad days into happy ones. She had a very special way of making me laugh. I will always remember all the time we spent together. She was my very special friend for over 25 years. She will be missed forever in my heart.

Dear Achey Family,
I knew Jean from working at Western Electric and she Always had a smile on her. She was full of life and Always kept herself busy being involved in different activities - I got to see Jean at our Pioneer luncheons we would have once a month and she Always had stories to tell of her different encounters with people and just life in general. She will be missed terribly.
My Deepest condolences to the family,
Esther (Abraham) Davis

The Achey family, When I lived in Allentown, I donated blood every 8 weeks at Miller Memorial and during that time I met Jean. She was the sweetest, friendly person to me each time I saw her. I looked forward to seeing her at Miller. May her soul rest in peace!!

I had the pleasure of knowing Jean for years at the Miller Blood Center, beginning in the 80s, I think, when she would restore me with Chippy Chew cookies and orange juice after the phlebotomists had their way. Delightful lady.RIP.

My condolences to Jean's family. She was a wonderful person and just like her obituary said, she is a stellar example of someone who gave back to her community, a true example for many to follow. I was privileged to have known Jean for many years and to have so many wonderful memories of her, most recently celebrating with her on her 95th birthday. Love ya Jean and I will miss you sorely.
