Patricia A. Groff

1942 - 2022

Patricia "Pat" A. Groff, 79, of Bath, PA, passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022, at The Gardens for Memory Care of Easton. She was the loving wife of Ray J. Groff, Sr., with whom she celebrated 62 years of marriage on January 9. Patricia was born on September 26, 1942, in Allentown, PA. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Esther (Hoffmeister) Gerhart. Patricia was a secretary for Lester Stein Architect, of Bethlehem, and for Seier Associates, of Bethlehem. Patricia was also a realtor for Seip Realty, of Plainfield Twp. She was a faithful member of Sacred Heart Parish, of Bath, and would volunteer for her church's picnics. Patricia was an avid horsewoman, she had two favorite horses, Sym and Lad. She and Lad would camp and ride all over the state. Patricia was a member of Plainfield Riding Club and Tawanka Riding Club, where she served as secretary for both clubs. She appreciated all animals, especially cats, dogs, and horses. Patricia enjoyed ice skating, skiing and loved her motorcycle 650 Yamaha. In addition to her husband, Patricia will be deeply missed by her son, Ray Groff, Jr., and his wife Cheryl, of Bath, many in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins. Family and friends of Patricia are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial Friday February 4th 2022, at 10:30 AM at Sacred Heart Parish, 210 E. Northampton St., Bath, PA 18014. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, of Bath. There are no calling hours.
