Paul Pichler Obituary
Paul Joseph Pichler of Saylorsburg, formerly of Allentown, passed into the gentle arms of God on July 1, 2007 in Old Orchard Health Care Center. He was the husband of the late Mildred A. (Heller) Pichler, with whom he shared 56 years of marriage. Born Feb. 28, 1917 in Allentown, he was the son of the late Joseph and Anna (Kudzia) Pichler. Prior to retiring, he owned and operated P&J Motors, Whitehall, and in earlier years, worked for Daniels Cadillac and B&R Oil Co. The family would like to give special thanks to the doctor and nursing staff at Old Orchard for all their support and care. Survivors: Sadly missed by daughter, Jeannette Cherry, fiance of Raymond Friend, of Bath; grandson, Paul J. Cherry and his wife, Beth of Bath; granddaughter, Brenda L. Hess and her husband, John, of Slatington; two great-granddaughters, Sarah and Charlotte Cherry. He is also survived by two nieces and caring neighbors and friends. He was predeceased by a grandson, Edward F. Cherry Jr., and two sisters. Services: Thursday 11 a.m. in Weber Funeral Home, 502 Ridge Ave., Allentown. Please call from 10 a.m. till time of service. Dear Jeanette and Ray so sorry to hear about your dad.. I"m glad I had a chance to visit with him. So sorry I didn't have the chance to come to Webers to see you and the kids. call me I'm in the book. Again So sorry for your loss. You will be in my prayers
