Teresa Patrick

Teresa Patrick Teresa Patrick of San Jose died at home on May 9, 2004. She was 71 years old. Born in Buffalo, New York in 1933, she graduated from Juilliard School of Music in New York City, and was active throughout her life as a piano teacher and performer, including solo appearances with Nutley Symphony and the Mountain Lakes Symphony Orchestra. More recently, she had been involved with Foothill College, San Jose State and Opera San Jose. Devoted to her family, Teresa is survived by her brother, Hugh of Landing, New Jersey; her daughter Eilleen, of Louisville, Colorado; her son Michael, of San Carlos, California; and four grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 18, 2004 at the Smithwick Theater, Foothill College.
