Alice Pfeiffer

Alice L. Pfeiffer, 91, of Holliston and formerly Sherborn, passed away September 13, 2015 at Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center in Natick. Born in Milford, she was the daughter of the late Esther (Beltrame) and Louis Besozzi. She was the wife of the late Francis J. Pfeiffer who passed away in 2000.
Alice was a wonderful mother, and the mother-in-law everyone wished they had. Her house is where everyone would join together and her family used to gather at her home for all of the holidays. She shared a devoted group of friends for many years and she made friends wherever she went. She enjoyed the going to the casino and playing the lottery. Alice also volunteered at the Holliston Food Pantry.
She is survived by 5 children, Patricia Baillieul and her husband John, Kathleen Hadden, Carol George and her partner Paul Moreau, Richard Pfeiffer, and Randy Pfeiffer and his wife Leslie. She also leaves behind 13 grandchildren, Emily Baillieul, Charlotte and John Paul Baillieul, Sarah Szewczynski, Rachel Parcher, Daniel Hadden, Peter and Melissa George, Cahley Roach, Jill O'Connell, Andrew Pfeiffer, Jenna DeLisle and Katelyn Woodman, as well as 9 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by two brothers, Robert L. Besozzi and Louis R. Besozzi Jr.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th from 4-7p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, September 17th at 3:00p.m at St. Mary's Church of Holliston. Burial will follow at Lake Grove Cemetery in Holliston. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the MSPCA, 350 S. Huntington Ave, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130 or mspca.org
