January 6, 1933 - July 22, 2023
Modesto, California - Michael Rey Gascon passed peacefully on July 22nd, 2023 surrounded by his four loving children. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday August 29th 2023,11am at St Anthony's Church, 7820 Fox RD, Hughson Ca. A luncheon will be served in the church hall immediately following his service.

Mike was my next door neighbor when I lived on Melones Court, 1997 - 2003. Super friendly guy. I liked his stories of his sports broadcasting days. I believe he ended each show with, "Rounding third and headed for home." Semper Fi, Mike.

I have known the Gascon family for years and spent much time with their family. Mike always had a smile and hug for me when I saw him. May he rest in peace
