Elbert Dubose

DuBose, Mr. Elbert, age 89, a resident of Wetumpka, AL, passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at a local hospital. Funeral services for Mr. DuBose will be held on Friday, February 28, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Brookside Funeral Home with Rev. John Varner officiating. The burial will follow at Brookside Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 28, 2014 from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. DuBose is survived by his daughters, Lynn Barrentine (Chuck) of Wetumpka, AL, Carol Smith (Timmy) of Wetumpka, AL, April Ware (Tim) of Wetumpka, AL; sons, Alfred Jolly of Verbena, AL, Michael DuBose (Danyelle) of Opelika, AL, Chris DuBose of Montgomery, AL; brothers, Jimmy DuBose of Montgomery, AL, Richard DuBose of Colorado; nineteen grandchildren, thirty-one great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be the grandsons.
