Jesse Dunn Obituary
Dunn, Mr. Jesse Adrian, age 61, a resident of Prattville, AL passed away at his residence on August 21, 2016. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. from Fresh Rain Church with Pastor Kevin McDaniel officiating. The interment will follow at Brookside Memorial Gardens. He was a member of Fresh Rain Church. He also had retired from The City of Atlanta Department of Watershed as a Senior Management Technician after 30 years of service. In his free time, Jesse enjoyed carpentry, sports (Roll TIde!!) , music and history. He loved collecting new music and binge watching documentaries about historical figures and events. He leaves to cherish his memories a loving and devoted wife, Ethel Dunn; five children, Shane Dunn, Atlanta, GA, Maria (Brence) Sherrod, Fairburn, GA, Marcel (Nekel) Dunn, Snellville, GA, Adrianne Dunn, Newark, NJ and Jessica Spidle, Kennesaw, GA.; seven grandchildren, Camrn Dunn, Tillman Weaver, Tylen Dunn, Jayden Dunn, Nekayla Dunn, Bryson Sherrod and Zaran Sherrod; three brothers, Austin Dunn, Montgomery, AL, Julius (Joanne) Dunn, West Palm Beach, FL and Willie (Linda) Dunn of Wetumpka, AL.; six sisters, Sarah (Benny) Kendrick, Wetumpka, AL, Janet (Claude) Collins, Meridian, MS, Ruth Dunn, Wetumpka, AL and Jean (Daryl) Davis of Summerville, SC; a host of nieces, nephews, friends.
The family will receive friends on Friday, August 26, 2016 from 12 noon til 4:00pm at the funeral home.
