Sissy Manley Obituary

Sissy Manley, 51, of Midland, TX passed away on November 16, 2006 from a brain aneurism. She was a graduate of Midland High School and attended Midland College. She was the president of Manley Metal Buildings and Manley Crane and Rigging. She volunteered with Crisis Intervention at the Midland County Sheriff's Office. Sissy was an avid motorcycle rider and enthusiast. She had a great love and admiration for the Patrol Division of the Midland County Sheriff's Department.

She was preceded in death by her mother Ruby Offield.

Sissy is survived by her husband Don Manley of 30 years and son Robert Manley and his wife Erica and their son Jayden of San Angelo; son Brandon (Bear) Manley of Midland and daughter Codi Oertel and her husband Jim and daughters Kelsay, Kayla, and Kensi of Houston. She is also survived by her father C.D. Offield of Midland and brothers Perry Offield and Lynn Offield of Midland and several nieces and nephews and numerous friends.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. at Crestview Baptist Church, 3300 Thomas in Midland.

Honorary pallbearers will be Sheriff Gary Painter and the Midland County Sheriff's Office.
