Victoria Najera Obituary

Victoria Morales Najera passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2005 at HospiceMidland Inpatient Unit.

She was born on January 2, 1918 in Poth, Texas to Margarito and Rafaela Morales. She was raised in the East Texas area.

Victoria was a loving and devoted mother who dedicated her time to raising her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time in the kitchen, cooking with her family.

A rosary will be held on Monday, June 20, 2005 at 7:30 PM at Pipkin Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2005 at 2:00 PM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Andres Najera; son, Daniel Longoria, Jr.; five brothers; and two sisters.

Left to cherish her memory include her son, Ray Longoria of Midland, Texas; daughters, Lucy Perez of Big Spring, Texas, Rafaela Romero, Rosa Esquivel, and Marcy Lopez, all of Midland; brother, Jesus Morales of Oklahoma; 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a host of nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Memorials may be directed to Hospice of Midland, P.O. Box 2621, Midland, Texas 79702.

Services are under the direction of Pipkin Funeral Home. Family messages and condolences may now be emailed to [email protected].
