Bobby Hall Obituary

WELCOME — Mr. Bobby Hall, 79, of Welcome, passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2016, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Mount Airy on June 7, 1937, the son of the late Bergie Simmons Hall Harrell and the late Ballard Hall. Mr. Hall graduated from Mount Airy High School, served in the US Air Force and was retired from Reynolds Tobacco Co. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by step-granddaughter, Erin Coulter. He is survived by his wife, Janice Epperson Hall of the home, a son and daughter-in-law, Robert Glenn Hall and Vicki of Welcome; a daughter and son-in-law, Susan Hall Coulter and Clyde of Bainbridge, IN; three grandchildren, Adam Hall and Amy of Stoney Point, NC, Cari Beth Hall Murphy and Stephen of Cleveland, NC, and Josh Coulter of Bainbridge, IN; three step-grandchildren, Nick Stapleton and Allison of Jacksonville, FL, Chris Stapleton and Kristy of Lisbone, Maine, and Kerri Coulter of Freemont, CA; three great-grandchildren, Rayleigh Hall, Jacob Hall, and Callie Murphy; a sister, Peggy Cleveland of Blue Ridge, GA; and a brother and sister-in-law, Gary Hall and Sharon of Welcome; and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 17, 2016, at the Barnard Family Cemetery in Kibler Valley at 2:00 PM. Following the service the family will receive guests at the Barnard Family Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the hospice of your choice.
