Deborah Turbeville Obituary

Ms. Deborah Elaine Turbeville, 56, died Monday, November 8, 2010 at her home after an illness. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, November 12, 2010 at Nazareth United Methodist Church in Olanta, with burial in Thomas Cemetery, directed by Floyd Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to funeral service at the church.
Born in Charleston County, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Edgar Turbeville and Marabelle Cain Turbeville. Ms. Turbeville was previously employed with Moore & Associates of Surfside Beach, a member of Nazareth United Methodist Church, and was very involved in her community.
Surviving are her cousins, Robert F. "Bob" Hyman of Rock Hill, Harriett H. Aiken of Florence, W. Wilson Cain and Heyward "Bubba" Christopher, both of Myrtle Beach, Martha C. Ard and Donna C. Stone, both of Pamplico, Jennie C. Rush of Atlanta, Ga., Enid B. Conner of Lexington, Jane B. Benton of Manning, and Alice B. Whitehead of Aiken; two special friends, Barbara Burgess of Olanta and Dr. Darlene Atkinson Moran of Florence; and caregiver, Deany S. Bazen of Pamplico.
Memorials may be made to Nazareth United Methodist Church, Post Office Box 368, Olanta, SC 29114.

Debra I will miss your laughter and you giving Scott a hard time. Todd, Scott, Deany, and I will look after Ms. Barbara here and you look after from heaven. When we think of you, it will be with a smile because you would not want to see those you loved to be sad for long. I so hope if there is peach trees in heaven that they grow peach rings just for you. Now REST IN PEACE.
