Austin Michael Adamchak, 23 of Streator passed away Sunday (December 26, 2021) at the OSF Center for Health, Streator.
Following cremation, a visitation will be held Friday from 4 – 6 PM with a memorial service at 6 PM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home.
Austin was born on December 30, 1997 in Streator to Jerome Stash and Brooke Adamchak.
Surviving is his mother Brooke Adamchak of Streator, his father Jerome Stash of Streator, son, Quinton Shelton of Streator, sisters, Octavia Butler, Mya Butler and Miranda Adamchak all of Streator, maternal grandparents, Mary and Steve Southey of Streator, paternal grandmother Kathy Stash of Streator, paternal great grandmother Betty Stash of Streator, niece, Zaylah Butler, nephews, Kayden Cameron and one due soon, uncle, Kyle Southey of Streator, aunts Erica Southey of Bloomington and his "mimi" Tara Carbone and many cousins and friends whom he loved.
He is preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents Andrew and Karen Adamchak.
Austin attended Streator grade schools and graduated from Streator High School in 2016. He was employed at Owens Illinois Glass. Austin enjoyed playing basketball and football.
Memorials may be made to his son Quinton educational fund.
