Adam John Smakosz

Adam was born on July 29, 1967 and passed away on Wednesday, July 25, 2018. Adam was a resident of Hopewell, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. AJ was a graduate of Blackhawk High School, the University of Pittsburgh and worked for many years as a Project Manager at AT&T. Friends will be received on Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. and Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 117 Blackhawk Road, Chippewa Twp., gabauerfamilyfuneralhomes.com, where prayers will be held on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. at St. Monica's - Chippewa. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Beaver Falls.
