Agnes Kannick was born on October 10, 1941, on Spring Island, SC to the late Mariah and Richard Kannick, Sr. On January 5, 2023, the Lord called another angel and she quietly transitioned from her earthly home where the Lord allowed her to fulfill her purpose with grace.
Agnes was educated in the public schools of Beaufort County, and she began her career in the hospitality industry on Hilton Head Island at Adventure Inn and after 40 years of dedicated services and achievements, she retired from Resort Services in

But most importantly, she had love for cooking and her meals allowed bonding times that her family looked forward to on Sundays and Holidays. She was loved and respected by others and many of her children's friends honored her as their mother.
Agnes was a faithful member of Campbell Chapel AME Church in
Bluffton, SC, the church she loved, but above all she loved God. Her faithfulness to the Usher Board allowed her to serve as the President for over 18 years, receiving many accolades.
