Betty Woods Obituary

She was born on August 7, 1943 in Borger, Texas to Clifford and Fern (Molloy) Cranmore. She grew up in Texas and graduated from High School Cedar Rapids, Nebraska.
Betty worked in customer service at Wal-Mart for 25 years. She had a heart of gold and would do anything to help other people. She loved her cats dearly and took pride in caring for them.
She and James "Jim" Woods were married on June 29, 1978 in Reno, Nevada. He preceded her in death on November 25, 2017.
Survivors include her son, Ron Greek Jr. and his wife, Sabrina; her daughter, Cathy Classen all of Parsons; four grandchildren, Daniel Calvert, Mark Calvert, Eric Calvert and Sunnie Weeks and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two daughters, Vicki Lorraine Calvert and Tina Louise Greek.
A private family service will be held with burial in Ft. Scott National Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Shriners Children's Hospital and can be left at or mailed to the Carson-Wall Funeral Home, P.O. Box 942, Parsons, KS 67357.

She was a wonderful lady and my best friend. We talked about everything and right now going thru my situation with my mom she was my ear and advice friend. I will miss her horribly.
