Brenda Gritt Obituary

She was the daughter of the late Gene and Wilma Clevenger. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her cousin, Cora Sue Cooley.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Don Gritt; daughters Laura Jividen of Elkview and Elizabeth Preece of St. Albans; son, Joseph (Kim) Gritt of Pt. Pleasant; grandchildren, K.C. Nease, Christie Jividen, C.J. Jividen, Cheyenne Sturgeon, Nick Nicholson, Lauren Gritt, Madison Gritt and Courtney Holmes; 12 great grandchildren. Brenda is also survived by her cousins that she considered her sister and brother, Patty Reed and "Sonny" Clevenger.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday June 14th, 2022 at Raynes Funeral Home, Eleanor with Pastor Randy Stanley officiating. Burial will follow in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
