Cindy is survived by her husband, Rex Turner of Mountain Home; a daughter, Ashely Hunter of Mountain Home; a stepson, Rex Joseph Turner of Popular Bluff, Missouri; three stepdaughters, Dede (Jay) Lee, Lisa Thrasher and Lynda Gail Cooper all of Jonesboro, Arkansas; 10 grandchildren, Alexis (Scott), J.T., Britney (Michael), Jordan, Nile (Becca), Reese (Rossie), Channing (Mary Kate), Chase and Austin; nine great grandchildren, Charlie, Lynlee, Everett, Hughes, Anna, Berkeley, Hallie, Cole and Harper; her father, James Colbert of Jonesboro, Arkansas; a brother, Randy Shopher of Jonesboro, Arkansas; a sister, Teresa Colbert of Jonesboro, Arkansas and many more family and friends.
A visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m., Monday, January 31, 2022, at the Bridge Baptist Church with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at the Custer-Herron Cemetery in Henderson under the direction of Conner Family Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
