I had the pleasure of working with David for many years as a contractor for FDOT iam very sad about his passing he was a kind soul, fair , honest , with the outmost integrety and always treated me fairly & Firm We would often speak about his upcoming retirement .Rest in peace my friend you are going to be missed !! Kathy and family. I am so very sorry for the loss of Dave. I have very fond memories from spending time with you all in Vero Beach and him trying to teach me how to surf. I will never forget those fun times! Praying now that the Lord comfort you in the days to come and always.
