David Young Sr

I worked with Dave in the dispatch office at the USPS some years back. He was my spotter. Top notch driver, never let me down, always had my back. I´m sorry to hear about his passing, I really enjoyed working with him.

My father, David Young Senior was a hard man, but I'm thankful for the hard man he was to turn me into the man I am today

I'll cherish the memories of him, teaching me baseball teaching me to fish to navigate in the woods and all the long conversations

One memory in particular is that my father love to sing, and I'll never forget how he song Jeremiah was a bullfrog before bed every night

Dave was a very big influence on my childhood and played a big part in shaping who I am today. His military and martial arts background presented a strict but respectable range of expectations that instilled a set of morals anyone could be proud to utilize in life. Dave was looked up to as a father figure. I could only hope for the opportunity to express my appreciation for the time he spent in my life as a child and the influence he left I'll always carry. Rest In Peace Sir! Thank you for your service. You will be missed. -Josh-
