Donald R. Printy, Jr., age 73, a resident of Breckenridge, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2023, at Mosaic Life Care Center, St. Joseph, Missouri.
Donald was born the son of Donald and Barbara (Gould) Printy, on April 5, 1950, in Montpelier, Vermont. He was united in marriage to Nancy Marie Smith on July 4, 1994 in Las Vegas, Nevada, she preceded him in death on May 3, 2022. He worked as a truck driver for Trans Am in Kansas City, Missouri, for 40 years. He enjoyed his dog, Hershey, as well as hunting and fishing.
Survivors include three sons, Clifton Printy and wife, Crystala, of Independence, Missouri, James Hutsell and wife, Kerriann of Gardner, Kansas, and Kevin Hutsell and wife, Debbie of Independence, Missouri; three daughters, Leah Printy and Heather Printy, of New York, Brandy Thurman and husband, Daniel of Hermitage, Missouri; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Donald was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Nancy.
A private family inurnment will take place at Rose Hill Cemetery, Breckenridge, Missouri, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions may be made to Rose Hill Cemetery, and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.
