Edie was a compassionate, empathetic, loving human. She had a way of making a person feel like they are the only person in the room when talking with her regardless of how much was going on. I don't know that there was a conversation I ever had with her that didn't involve at least a smile if not an outright belly laugh, even the rough ones.
She always had something positive to give regardless of how she was feeling.
