On Monday June 20, 2022, beloved son of the late Marietta and Domenico Esposito; brother of the late Michael Esposito (Elvera), Carmela DeGregorio (late Louis), John Esposito and Giovone Dunbar (late Thomas); cherished uncle of many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. Frank was a U.S. Army veteran and a 1959 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Upon completing his Internship and Residency with the University of Pittsburgh hospitals from 1959-1964, Frank began his practice in Pediatrics in the East End of Pittsburgh, eventually serving as Chief of Pediatrics at Shadyside Hospital for many years before retiring in 1999. Friends will be received at John A. Freyvogel Sons, Inc. 4900 Centre Avenue at Devonshire Street (freyvogelfuneralhome.com) on Wednesday, 2-6pm. Funeral Thursday, Mass of Christian Burial, St. Jude Parish, St. Raphael Church 10:00am. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org) or St. Jude Parish, St. Raphael Church.
