Gary Sessions passed away on January 28th peacefully at home with family at his bedside.
Gary was born in
Miller, SD to James and Shirley Sessions. He grew up in the Miller area and graduated from Miller High School. He went on to graduate from Northern State University with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting.
He married Mary Lou in 1977 and helped raise her two daughters Traci and Tricia.
Gary spent most of his life in Rapid City as a Real Estate Broker. He enjoyed many things but spent much of his time big game hunting and walleye fishing. He also enjoyed racing cars, coaching softball, building houses, playing pool & poker, and watching his grandchildren's sporting events.
Gary is survived by his wife Mary Lou, 3 daughters, Traci (TJ) Hay, Tricia (Kevin) Stephenson, Stephanie Lacher, 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and his sister Carolyn Hanfler.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Shirley, and his brothers, Marvin and Ed.
Per his request there will be no funeral service.
