We only met him not long ago, but were honored to have known a kind and funny man such as him.

I'm just a Gazette reader who noticed that a man passed too young. Reading this book, I see how very much Guy was truly loved. I may be but a stranger, but your family and friends will be in my prayers this evening. I'm so sorry for your loss. Know that even folks who don't know you care and I pray that God gives you His peace and comfort as He has taken Guy into His arms of love until you meet again. I am so sorry to here about Guy. It feels like losing your childhood when people you spent so much of it with are gone.

Guy, you have been Bubba's best friend and Tracy's good friend for so long, I can't imagine you not stopping by here anymore. Anytime I needed anything done, Bubba would get you and ya'll would get it done for me. I also just heard of Guy's passing, ironically I have been thinking about him for months and wanted to get in touch with him to catch up. His family is in my prayers and I hope they can get through this as well as possible. Miss you Brother we had a ton of great times. I will see you again someday.

Our heartfelt sympathies to Tami, Hunter, family members and friends. I remember trying to teach Becky to ride her bike without her training wheels without luck. As we came near to Guy playing with Hunter in the yard he gave Becky a boost of confidence as he glided her bike forward and gently let go... she has been riding ever since. Guy was so good with children, and loving others. We will miss his laugh and smile. We hold you all close in our hearts remembering you in our prayers always.

Well fatboy....here we are...forced to part ways....at least for now. We are brothers and I will miss you until we meet again. I want to tell all that you are a liar! You told my wife you were here before her and would be here after! Guess she showed you. Lol....I love you and miss you. 22 Years of brotherhood and friendship pass so quickly.....RIP Fatz! Guy, it was our blessing to know you. Every Sunday when I saw you from the pulpit, you always had a smile on your face. I was just notified of Guy's passing and my heat is heavy. We attended High school together and he always kept me laughing. He had a beautiful mind and will be truly mmissed.

Although I haven't seen Guy in over 15 years, there was a time when we hung out nearly every weekend. A great person gone too soon. My sympathies are with you all.

So sad see such a great man and friend pass away. He was such a great neighbor and to know that every time I walk out of my home I will not hear a "Good morning Angel." Brings me to tears every morning. My condolences goes out to Tami and Hunter as well as his family.
