Jacqueline was born on August 27, 1957, in McCloud, CA to Wylin and Doreen Reigel. She served in the Air Force from 1980 to 2000. In 1996, she married Anthony M. Scioli in Las Vegas, NV and was with him until his passing in 2021.
Survivors include two sons; David E. (Kimberly) Scott of Cannon Airforce Base, NM, and William R. (Amber) Scott of Okmulgee, OK, one stepson; Christopher M. (Sarah) Scioli of Missouri, one brother; Randy Reigel of South Carolina and 12 grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her mother, father, husband.
