Jeffrey was baptized at Union Baptist Church in Vineland, Alabama.
Jeffrey completed his formal education and joined the Marines in 1981. There, he met and married Cathedria Hooker. To that union a daughter, Canedria V. Hall was born.
Jeffrey held many jobs. He enjoyed playing cards, dominos and spending time with his family and friends.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his mother, Laura Foney Hall; his father, Louis "MC" Hall; sister, Lynzette Lucas and Dalphne Lynn; three brothers, Stephen Hall, Andrew and Albert Nelse; grandparents, Leroy and Johnnie Mae Foney and Benjamin and Ruby Hall; three aunts, Rosa Lee, Mary and Lillian; and uncles, Carl Foney, Sr. and Benjamin Hall.
Jeffrey leaves to cherish his loving memory, one daughter, Canedria Hall; sisters, Angelique, Gwendolyn, Sonya, Altina, Hynetha, Mildred, Lisa, Pam, and AlNeasie; brothers, Reginald, Benjamin, Anthony, Eugene, Louis and Aaron; devoted aunts, Barbara J. Foney, Jeneva Powell and Margeline Hall; and one uncle, Bobby Hall.
