Mr. Jody B. Beal Jr.

The Funeral Service for Mr. Jody B. Beal, Jr. of Warner Robins, Georgia will be held Sunday, July 24, 2022, at 2:30 p.m. at First Salem Baptist Church, Twin Churches Road, Montezuma, Georgia with Reverend Dr. Jeffrey Canady officiating. Interment will follow at Champ Waters Cemetery. Due to COVID-19 concerns, we ask that you MASK UP and continue to practice social distancing for your protection and for the safety of others.
Jody Bernard Beal, Jr. was born April 15, 1997, in Sumter County, Georgia. He was the son of Jody Beal, Sr. and Sharon Felton Beal. At an early age, he acknowledged Jesus Christ as his savior and became a member of Harrison Chapel Baptist Church. Jody attended the public schools of Macon County and was very active in sports. Throughout his school years, he played baseball, football, and basketball. He was a 2015 graduate of Macon County High School. Jody was known for his friendly and outgoing personality. He enjoyed life to the fullest. Jody was always the one that kept everybody smiling and laughing. He made friends easily and enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.
Jody gained his wings Sunday, July 17, 2022. He was preceded in death by his sister, Ashanti Denise Beal; and his grandparents: Alonzo Woolfork, Jr., Inez Woolfork, and Samuel Sparks.
Jody leaves precious memories to be cherished by his parents: Sharon Felton Beal and Jody B. Beal, Sr. of Montezuma, Georgia; his brother, Shundale Beal of Montezuma, Georgia and sister, Jalisha Clayton of Byromville, Georgia; the love of his life, Brittney Floyd and her daughter, Katelyn Adams of Warner Robins, Georgia; his grandparents: Florie Felton of Montezuma, Georgia and Blondie Beal of Byromville, Georgia; his godparents: Barbara and Lanorris Jolly of Warner Robins, Georgia and Gloria Rogers of Montezuma, Georgia; his aunts and uncles: Patricia Felton, Michael and Barbara Felton, Tammy and Vashati Felton, Lisa and Arney Bryant, Reginald and Brenda Thomas, Dennis and Betty Thomas, Darron Felton, Sr., Amillia and Eric Williams, Trina Felton, Theresa Lewis, Loretta Davis, Maxine Shorter, Melinda Queen, Lysonda Beal, Sonya Hubbard, Lawanda Brown and Danisha Walker; a host of cousins, MCHS Class of 2015, other relatives and friends.
