John Hausmann Obituary
His 40+ years career of Industrial Cleaning Chemicals and Sales started at Morgan Linen then Diversey, Ecolab, Daley Int'l and ended at Betco Corporation. John's love of work and being the "SoapGuy" was insurmountable. In his spare time, he loved working on cars and sharing his knowledge and passion for them, and no conversation went by without mentioning his Candy Apple Red 1969 GTO, teaching those around him, golfing, spending time with the family and family vacations & trips.
He is survived by his wife, Lynn R. Hausmann, son Richard J. Hausmann of Liverpool NY, daughter Tara L. Hausmann of Camillus NY, stepson Matthew J. Kessler of Ithaca NY and 2 granddaughters Autumn & Lillian. Sister, Christine (predeceased Thomas) Farnan of Clifton Park NY, nephews Ryan (Molly) Farnan & Patrick (Morgan) Farnan, of Brunswick NY. Mother-in-Law, Carol M. LaPlant of Dryden NY and Sister-in-Law, Christi (Will) LaPlant-Merrill of Dryden NY. He is predeceased by his mother, Marilyn Hausmann and Father John "Jack" R. Hausmann Sr.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the near future.

I will never forget meeting John! He was so energetic and passionate about life in general. When John first meet Lynn, he was nervous about asking her out and I encouraged him to go for it. Guess that worked out since they were married soon after! Thinking of John brings a smile and for that I will always be grateful to have known him.
