I know you are watching over me Dad. I wanted to let you known I am really missing you today and love you very much.

I am so sorry to hear of his passing. We have relocated to Texas and just received word from a former co-worker of his death. Bob was the ultimate manager and friend. I had the pleasure of working with Bob for most of my 35yrs at Boeing/Spirit. He always had something nice to say about anybody that he met or worked with. Bob was the last of a dying breed of Manager and human being. When I left Spirit Bob was the only person that I really missed. Our deepest sympathy to you Cheryl and your family. May God bless you and your family during this trying time.

I worked with Bob for many years at Boeing. He was true to his friends and co-workers and those under his supervision. I thought so much of him. Many thoughts and prayers to his family.

I am adding this expression of sympathy on behalf of my mom and dad, Billy & Wanda Rainer. Dad worked with Bob for many years and both Mom and Dad considered him to be a dear and valued friend. He will be missed.

We are sad to hear of Bob's passing. Prayers to Cheryl and his children. I worked with Bob for many many years and could always count on him for whatever needed to be done. He was a soft-soul, kind-hearted person who was a true friend to those who knew him. We had so many great times together both at work and outside of work. He will be missed by those of us who loved and cared for him. God bless his family during this time - we are praying for all of you.

I'm saddened by news of Bob's passing. He was my go-to guy for six years, until he left Spirit AeroSystems in October 2013. He knew tons about Spirit, Boeing, and the aircraft business. He was a class act, a gentle soul who appreciated a joke and never left me hanging when I needed info. I miss him to this day. My heartfelt condolences to his family. RIP Bob.

Bob was one of the two BEST managers I had during my 32 years at Boeing and Spirit. If you had a problem, you could count on him to sit down with you and get the issue resolved.. He was a great friend and will be missed more than anyone knows. My deepest sympathies to his entire family.
