We lost a most caring and devoted friend to all veterans and people he came in contact. Always thinking of them before himself. You leave lasting memories to all of us.

I met Jonathan Turk back when I became active in the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 16. He is an avid volunteer and always willing to give to others. He has a wealth of knowledge and his experience in the United States Air Force defines the man who is today. He gave me a rides home from the Lake Nona Domiciliary after a Volunteer event. He took care of me when my diabetes was low. Thank God for you Jonathan!

I first met Jon in April of 2017. He, along with others, introduced me to the world of serving as a benefits service officer. What caught my attention was his previous service in Holland. I am off Dutch decent but never knew there was an opportunity to serve there. I was jealous. In addition, he loved Hawaii. I served there too. From then on, he gave me a calendar from Hawaii every year. He loved serving veterans. We shared that in common. I will miss his never ending talks of whatever. Boy could he talk. May God bring lasting happy memories, peace and love to the family in memory of Jonathan.
