Leroy Miller was born on December 20, 1940 in Indianapolis, Indiana to William Miller and Kathleen Pettus-Miller.
Leroy attended Indianapolis Public School #26, and Shortridge High School.
Leroy accepted Christ at an early age at Trinity Christian Methodist Episcopal Church in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Leroy was a mail clerk at the U.S.Post Office and in recent years transported and hauled horses.
Leroy loved horses and enjoyed attending drag car racing events. He was avid fan of the T.V. westerns.
Leroy departed this earthly life on April 21, 2023 at the age of eighty-two years old. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kim Marie Miller.
He leaves to cherish his memory: sons; Phillip D Miller (Robyn Allen), L Scott Miller (Jennifer), John E Miller, and daughter Allison V Miller, brothers, Richard E. Miller, Robert L. Miller, sisters; Kathy A. Miller and Elaine M. Miller, and 12 grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren, cousins and friends.
