Lillian Martha Ann Duvall, age 76, of Austell passed into the arms of her Lord and Savior on January 11, 2025.
Martha was born in Rome, GA to James McDuffie Brownlow and Nettie Lee Turner Brownlow.
Martha was a life-long member of Unity Baptist Church, and was deeply devoted to her faith and her church family. She was a wonderful mother, always putting the needs of her children before herself. The joys of her life were her grandbabies, and she felt privileged to be their Nana. They will dearly cherish the card games and laughs that were shared together.
While the family is heartbroken at the loss of their sweet Martha, they are hopeful in the knowledge that she is now reunited with the love of her life, James, and with the many family members that have passed before her.
Martha was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Doyal Duvall; and four siblings, Jean, Birmah, Ray, and Ruby.
She is survived by her children, Patricia Arrowood (husband, Steve) of Rockmart, Linda Bell (husband, Richie) of Dallas, and Erik R. Attaway of Austell; sister, Evelyn Moore (husband, Freeman); six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many beloved extended family members and friends.
A funeral service honoring Martha's life will be held Tuesday, January 14, 11:00 AM at Davis-Struempf Chapel with Rev. Harold Turner and Preacher Silas Arrowood officiating.
Interment will occur following the service at Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery with Brandon Fuller presiding.
The family will receive friends on Monday, January 13th, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home.
For anyone wishing to view the service virtually, a livestream link will be available at the above-listed service time on Martha's Tribute Page at www.davisstruempf.com
