Linda Jean "Swango" Fraley, 55, of Ironton passed away Friday November 29, 2013 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, WV. The Fort Knox, Kentucky native was born December 17, 1957 a daughter of George Jefferson Swango of Beaver, Ohio and Emma Jean "Mitchell" Swango of Pedro, Ohio. Linda was a 1975 graduate of Symmes Valley High School and attended the Ironton City Mission Church. She was a Lab Tester for Marathon Petroleum Company with 37 years of service. She enjoyed sewing and loved her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by; a brother; Mike Swango grandparents; Dempsey and Nora Mitchell 2 brothers-in-law; Frank McCown and Manuel Wilson In addition to her parents she is survived by her husband of 29 years Gary Fraley whom she married July 20, 1984 3 sons; Gary Allen and Nicole Fraley of Ashland, Ohio Shawn and Michelle Fraley of Fairborn, Ohio J.D. and Tracy Fraley of Ironton 4 daughters; Kim and T.J. Howard of Ironton Angie Fraley and Martin Spurlock of Huntington, WV Annie and Jason Cutlip of Ironton Lily Fraley of Ironton 5 sisters; Ruth Langer of Pedro, Ohio Amy Wilson of Jonesborough, TN Nora (K.C.) Stanger of Loveland, Ohio Ella (Greg) Jones of South Point, Ohio Terri (Darren) Baker of Proctorville, Ohio a brother; Garry (Bertha) Swango of Lexington, KY 15 grandchildren; Alexis, Parker, Isabella, Lindsay, Treston, Tyler, Ashlie, Whitney, Kelsey, Aries, Ellie, Garrett, Blake, Owen and Austyn and several nieces and nephews Funeral services will be 11:00A.M. Tuesday December 3, 2013 at the City Mission Church, 710 North 5th Street, Ironton with Rev. Jeff Cremeans officiating. Burial will follow in Bradshaw Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 6:00P.M. until 9:00P.M. at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 South 7th Street, Ironton, Ohio. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in Linda's name to the City Mission Church, 710 North 5th Street, Ironton, Ohio 45638.
