Lisa Dianne Kizziah Bramlett, known affectionately as Lisa to her friends and family, passed away peacefully on January 29, 2025, at the age of 55 in her hometown of Alexander City, AL. Born on December 1, 1969, to Rayford Earl Kizziah and the late Gladys T. Kizziah, Lisa's life was a testament to love, laughter, and unwavering faith.
Lisa's compassionate spirit led her to a fulfilling career as a Registered Nurse, where she dedicated herself to taking care of her patients and residents with utmost kindness and professionalism. Her ability to bring comfort and joy to those in her care was unparalleled, and her presence in the medical community will be deeply missed.
A loving mother, Lisa's world revolved around her two sons, James Matthew Bramlett and Ian David Bramlett. Her love for them was a beacon of guidance and support, and she instilled in them the values of love and humor that she carried in her own heart.
Lisa was a cherished member of her family, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. She is survived by her father, Rayford Earl Kizziah; her sister, Susan K. Hughes; her brother, Donald (Traci) Kizziah; her nephews, Joshua (Jessica) Hughes, Chris Kizziah, and Jacob (Holly) Hughes; her nieces, Jamie (Seth) Long, Kayla (Jacob) Tidwell, and Alaina Kizziah. She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Gladys T. Kizziah.
Those who knew Lisa will remember her for her great sense of humor and her ability to light up any room with her laughter. She was the epitome of love, always putting others before herself and spreading kindness wherever she went. Her faith was a cornerstone of her life, guiding her actions and providing comfort to those around her.
Lisa's interests extended beyond her professional and family life. She was an avid lover of animals, sharing her home and heart with her two adored dogs, Poopsie and Lulu. Her pets were a source of joy and companionship, and they, too, will feel the absence of her nurturing love.
Described by many as loving, faith-filled, and funny, Lisa's impact on the world was profound. She had a unique ability to make everyone feel special and valued, and her legacy will continue to live on through the countless lives she touched.
As we say goodbye to Lisa Dianne Kizziah Bramlett, we celebrate a life beautifully lived and a heart generously shared. She will be remembered not only for her professional achievements and dedication to her family but also for her vivacious spirit and the laughter she brought into our lives. Lisa's memory will forever be cherished, and her spirit will continue to inspire us all.
