Lloyd was a retired laborer from O'Bryant Enterprises in Chillicothe, OH and a skilled carpenter. He was a member of Pennisten Chapel Church in Idaho, OH.
Lloyd is survived by the love of his life, Sharon (Blair) Price, whom he married August 6, 1995. He is also survived by: Six sons: Johnny (Brittany) Price of Latham, OH; Jeremiah (Ashley) Price of Wheelersburg, OH; Jared Price of Wellston, OH; Caleb Price of Piketon, OH; Shawn Price of Waverly, OH; and Quinten Price at home. Five daughters: Becky (John McKee) Price of Piketon, OH; Kitty (Bobby) Price of Latham, OH; Nassa (Jason) Brigman of Hudson, MI; Trulla (Delbert) McClain of Morenci, MI; and Kendall Price at home. Grandchildren: Trevon, Dylan, Kiersten, and Brooklyn Price; A.J. Zuvers; Kyle and Matthew McClain; Katie Broderick; Aliza and Devon Bringman; Rylie and Issac Snyder, and bonus grandchild Kylie Hawk. He also had several great-grandchildren.
Lloyd is also survived by: Five Sisters: Gracie (Lawrence) Murray, Vickie (Tony) Newman, and Susie (Steve) Seymour, all of Chillicothe, OH; Verna (Gary) Jackson and Emalee King of MI. Seven Brothers: David (Carrie) Price, and Edward Price of MI; Willard (Theresa) Price, and Larry Price of Chillicothe, OH; Michey (Susan) Price of Bainbridge, OH; Ellsworth (Brenda) Price of Wellston, OH; and Chuck (Susan) Quinn of South Dakota. Best Friend: Virgil Crawford of Waverly, OH; Mother-in-law: Louise Payton, of Waverly, OH. Sister-in-law Barbara (Brian) Davis, of Waverly, OH; several nieces and nephews, including special nieces: Brianne (Matthew) Wedig of Batavia, OH, and Trudi (Henry) Meadows of Chillicothe, OH. Very special niece Savanna (Matthew) Cox of Waverly, OH, and a very special sister-in-law, Susie (David) Heskett of Chillicothe, OH, both of whom provided excellent care and stayed by his side to the end.
Visitation will be Friday, September 29, 2023, from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Boyer Funeral Home, Waverly, OH. The service will be held at 2:00 p.m., with Pastor Junior Lawson Officiating.
