Stephens Chapel; Interment..........Spring Creek Cemetery; Funeral services for Mr. Lonnie Lashley will be held at 2 PM Sunday, February 2, 2014 from John E. Stephens Chapel with Rev. Stuart Purvis & Rev. Terry Wilkerson officiating. Interment will be in Spring Creek Cemetery. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Lashley, 83, passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2014 at Neshoba General Hospital. He was a U.S. Army Veteran. He retired from U. S. Electrical Motors. He enjoyed bird hunting, deer hunting, as well as fishing. Mr. Lashley was a member of Spring Creek Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles McKinley Lashley & Eva Richardson Lashley; brother, Charles McKinley Lashley Jr.; sister, Gundean Lashley Alford. Mr. Lashley is survived by his wife, Billie Lashley of Phila, MS; daughter, Trena Wilkerson & her husband, Terry of Waco, TX; son, Stacy Lashley & his wife, Debbie of Phila, MS; sisters, Dorothy Copeland of Phila, MS, Delmar Adkins of Huntsville, AL, Maxine Munn of Butler, AL & Brenda Gant of Purvis, MS; (3) grandchildren.
