Mary Lynne Hall, 79, of Maumee, OH passed into the arms of her Lord, July 2, 2024, under the loving care of Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. She was born on December 7, 1944 to Arthur G. and Geraldine E. Whaley, and grew up in Oak Harbor, OH, graduating in 1962. She married Ernest J. Hall in 1989.
Lynne lived an active life with many diverse and passionate interests. She served as a little league coach for Heath and Sean. She loved her nursing career and her career at Rescue Crisis. She was an avid seamstress and loved embroidery. She embraced each Bible Study she taught, and passionately prepared to educate others. Lynne loved gardening, fairy gardens, annuals, perennials and had gorgeous garden she planted all around their home. Most of all she enjoyed motorcycling with Ernie and their trips. Lynne enjoyed her pet cats which have passed on. She graduated from Flower Hospital School of Nursing and had a Masters in Psychology/Counseling from the University of Toledo. A highlight of her career was a summer she spent working at Nantucket Cottage Hospital on Nantucket Island.
She is survived by husband, Ernest J Hall; and sons, Sean (Lillian) Koepplinger, EJ Hall, and Fred Hall; her beloved sisters, Sandy (Roger) King of Grove, OK, and Janet (Keith)Herbert of Bixby, OK); many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, whom she adored and special friends like Arna, her longtime friend, Keri B., her caregiver and Debbie Eding, her friend and hairdresser. She is preceded in death by beloved her son, Heath Koepplinger.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 5, 2024 from 3-7 pm in the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St, Maumee, OH 43537. Visitation will continue on Saturday, July 6, 2024 from 10:00 am until the time of the funeral services at 11:00 am at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 112 E Wayne St, Maumee, OH 43537. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 30000 E. River Road, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551.
