A native of Greenville, South Carolina, she was a daughter of Ed and Kay Hogan of Taylors, South Carolina and was a homemaker.
Surviving in addition to her parents are one daughter, Ariel "Star" Thomas (Tubi) of Atlanta, Georgia; one son, Darrian Thomas (April) of Collinsville, Illinois; and one sister, Stephanie Hickman (Pat) of Indianapolis, Indiana.
She was predeceased by one daughter, Kendall M. Thomas; and Cat's twin sister, Candas Kay Hogan.
The family is at their respective homes.
