Maxine Scott Obituary

Born October 18, 1941, in Liberty, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Ed Lee and Eva Ellen (Atwood) Edwards. Maxine loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a loving and wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Maxine was the widower of Clyde Scott which passed away on June 19, 1994.
Survivors include her daughters, Terri Scott of Liberty, Kentucky, Tracy (Ronnie) Aaron of Russell Springs, Kentucky, three grandchildren Katelyn (Chantz) Montgomery, Cameron Aaron (Star Marcum), and Kerigan Aaron of Russell Springs, Kentucky and a brother John Edwards of Liberty, Kentucky.
Preceding her in death beside her parents and spouse were siblings, Lawrence Edwards, James Edwards, Marshal Edwards, Glen Edwards, Ob Edwards, Magdaline Edwards, Modine Edwards and Vivian Pearl Edwards.
A funeral service will be at 1:30 P.M. EDT Friday, June 23, 2023 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Jeremy Atwood presiding. Visitation will be held 11:00 A.M. EDT until time of service. Burial will be in the Casey County Memorial Gardens.
