Ms Minnie loved to share stories about her life. She would tell the same stories to many different folks and never vary, that's why I knew she was a faithful honest woman. She was a great cook and loved to share her dishes with her coworkers. We went on a trip to New Orleans years ago, she was a delightful traveling companion. She will be missed. Peace be unto you Mrs Keyes.

Such a beautiful person . Met her on a trip to the Essence Music Festival. The meeting was brief and we shared a room together. Peace , love and blessings to the family.

Minnie and I worked together for years at Womack hospital. She lived the next street over from me and would see her a lot on my morning walk. Gonna miss her smile.

I will miss her dearly, we had breakfast together every morning before she retired and she would come see us whenever she was at the hospital and bring us her famous banana bread and whenever she made chicken salad for her daughter she would bring me some along with a sleeve of Ritz crackers. Go with God Minnie and see your beloved husband again!!

Every time I visited my mom in the clinic she worked in while I was a Red Cross youth volunteer.
