I am so sorry to read of Nancy's passing. I happened across this page while doing a Google search to see if she was still in KC, so I could help a friend network. Nancy and I were in the same social organization at Penn, and I remember her as very sweet, very beautiful, and very focused. My condolences go to her family. May her memory be for a blessing.

Dear Nancy's Beloved Family,

I send my sincere condolences.

Nancy was a cherished childhood friend...I was a painfully shy youngster, and she managed to pierce through the protective shell. Although I haven't spoken to her in over 40 years, I have the fondest recollection of her: cute, engaging, warm-hearted.

I hope I'm getting this story right. Nancy once told me that sister Carol, a week or so before Nancy's birth, had gone to school and told the teacher that she had a new baby sister named Nancy. The teacher called Helen to congratulate her, but of course, the baby had not yet been born. Sure enough, soon afterwards, a baby girl was born, and Ben and Helen used the name that Carol had picked!

May you be consoled among the rest of the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.
