A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 6, 2023, in the Chapel of Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112, with burial to follow in Lakeland Memorial Park Cemetery.
Paul is survived by his son, Jeff Slater (Penny), daughter Karen Bryan (Blair), daughter-in-law Laura Slater, eight grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
